Refund for Cancelled Orders

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will not be charged in advance. However, customers are requested to cancel their order as early as possible if they no longer wish to receive it.

Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept confirmed orders may affect future order eligibility.
